Upon registration, you implicitly declare to have read, understood and accept all the following terms and conditions.
For organisational and safety reasons all our trips are in a limited number, with a minimum and a maximum number of participants, and reservations are always required.
Reservations are made through the appropriate forms on this site. The data requested are: first name, surname, e-mail address and mobile phone number, as well as address and VAT/tax code, necessary for billing.
If you are booking on behalf of several people, please provide the name of each participant and inform us about the presence of children or pets in your group.
The person who made the booking should inform the other members of his group about the program, clothing and equipment required.
For scheduled activities advance payments are not usually required.
We therefore ask you to book only if you are sure to take part and to notify us at least 24 hours in advance in case you suddenly have to give up, in order to allow us to free places for other people.
In all other cases, a down payment or the entire amount will be paid, according to the terms and conditions indicated in the event descriptions.
A regular invoice will always be issued and sent to the e-mail address provided.
Without payment of the requested amount, the reservation won’t be considered valid and no service will be provided.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if a minimum number of participants has not been reached, providing at least 2 days’ notice in case of a day trip. Any sum paid may be used as credit valid for 365 days to take part to our future activities. If this is not possible, you will be fully refunded.
The trip could be cancelled with less than 2 days’ notice for adverse weather conditions or force majeure, which cannot be foreseen or resolved with reasonable advance.
The decision about the feasibility of the trip in this case will be up to the Guide.
Any sum paid will be refunded, unless the participant decides to use them as credit for future occasions, valid for 365 days.
If, for reasons of force majeure, the Guide decides to modify or shorten the itinerary, to protect the safety of the participants, no refund will be due.
Cancellation by the participant
The participant has the right to cancel the booking at any time by sending a cancellation email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the cancellation is notified within the indicated booking deadline, the deposit payment will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is notified after this deadline, and up to 3 days before departure, the deposit payment will be retained as a credit valid for 365 days to take part to our future activities, or it could be transferred to another participant in substitution.
No refund will be granted to those who withdraw with less than 3 days’ notice or do not show up at the start of the trip, or are excluded by the guide because considered in inadequate psychophysical conditions or with unsuitable clothing and equipment.

In case you are unable to take part because you tested positive for CoVid-19 or you are quarantined, we will grant you a voucher for an alternative date.
If you are unable to attend any of the alternative dates proposed, we will refund the amount paid.
However, we require you to promptly notify us of the inability to participate.
In case of inability to participate due to travel limitations imposed in the red or orange zone, we will refund the amount paid if you notify us within 5 days of departure, otherwise you will be granted a voucher for an alternative date.
Trekking, travels and tourist packages
For the organisation of trekking, travel and tourist packages, we collaborate with qualified Tour Operators, responsible for the technical direction, in order to protect the customer.
For these cases, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the tour operator in charge.
Our guides are covered by a regular third party liability insurance with a maximum coverage of € 5,000,000.
Upon request, a personal accident insurance can be activated.
Insurance does not cover transfers or trips made with one’s own, someone else’s, private or public vehicles and lapses in case of non-compliance with the provisions of the Guide.
